Courteous and efficient. However, like so many car rental agencies, they try to sell you,extra insurance that you do not nee!

The entrance is full of cars so both the entrance and exit are the same..not easy to navigate. I came to pick up my car and they handed me the key to my Genesis with it wrapped in packing tape and told me it was out front. The car was buried behind 3 other cars and boxed in. The staff were friendly but not the most professional. They were honking at each other to try and scare each other while getting my car out for me. I don't know that I'll be back.

Great service, and they have a drop off service within 10 miles if the car is going to take awhile. Super convenient!

I'm going to give me the five star and I'll explain the reason why I give it A5 Star first and foremost it was Cormier Chevrolet for years then I got bought over by a company that bought over a lot of different Auto Nations and auto places the only thing I didn't like about it is I got approved for a loan but yet I go somewhere else and buy a very expensive car and got approved for that car they hassle me at this place I don't recommend anybody trying to go there and getting a vehicle I make great money didn't have the best of the best credit but I had credit and they still didn't Finance me hates my win their lost if you know what I mean
