Had a terrible experience, thus far, with trying to make a return with this company. I never received the prepaid return address label in the mail, and then when I tried to contact the consultant, again, she no longer worked for the company and was of no help. Washed her hands of it. There is no address on their website, and they keep telling you to contact the consultant. I found an address, although it is not specifically for 'returns' and am mailing the item back on my dime, simply because I cannot wear the top I ordered, as it is extremely itchy. I have NO idea if I will ever see a credit for the top. Will not purchase from this company again.
