Er doctors are non contracted with hospital.. be prepared to pay ..dont take blue cross blue shield.. $2000 bill just for doctor to ask a few questions

I called to see if my sons insurance was still active to know whether or not i could bring him to the ER for ear ache and I spoke with John. This guy was more worried about trying to argue about what he knows. Saying he worked in the medical feild for 6 years. I have been working for medical field for 10 years. But his only duty he completed was to try to argue rather than help me check eligibility to know if I will have to take cash or not. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Hopefully they find a more mature and passionate staff.
