Service is always good here. On Vacation day they always have a table for our fallen brothers and sisters. Also on a side note, they don't have a menu for vegetarians but they do offer the meals for them.

Will not ever return. Eight or more servers standing around 23 minutes later and still no one had come to the table. Finally, a waiter and he couldnt even answer a question about a salad. Goes to ck and didnt come back after a few minutes... WE LEFT!!!

The food was good but please don't change anything on the menu it tacked on a $6 up charge for us just to simple switch of sauces

Came by with a coworker for a drink after work. When the server came by to take our orders, she turned us away from our orders for a couple beers because she had heard us mentioning we went to 2 other places in town (coincidentally, micro breweries where we had one drink each) and "could not guarantee how much we did or did not have". Fine I guess, and the establishment is free to set it's own prerogative for who it wants to serve, but I feel like too much of an assumption was made here and I did not feel welcome. I will not be coming back again, at least not to a Bible Belt Applebee's like this one.

Fine I guess, and the establishment is free to set it's own prerogative for who it wants to serve, but I feel like too much of an assumption was made here and I did not feel welcome. We waited for a waitress for over 15 min to start the ticket for drinks. We saw at least 2-3 waitresses on a table talking so I hope they were on break, and waitress we did see walk around showed no interest getting to us. Did I mention they were not packed at all. When we finally got one there was emotion whatsoever simply asked for drinks and took our license and gave them back without stating one word and walked off..We weren't even addressed to who was waiting us. When we were asked to order we were not ready so it then took her a well over 15 min just to get back to us we finally ordered it using our tablet on table. My friend waited to get another beer for awhile because the waitress never checked in on us. We talked with a manager and explained what happened we understand people of bad days but I mean we have not had any respect towards us at all. Manager told us she's usually not like that showed us we could order our own and never seemed to do much considering our experience was not pleasant. And when our waitress saw we were talking with manager we finally got a smile and a little hustle to rest of time. When we paid cash and both had about $4 left for change she came back from receiving our money over 10 min ago to ask if we need change....considering you did not waitress on us hardly ever how do ask that? You should always give change back regardless if it's few cents or if they first state they don't want change.
Very disappointed. This was my second time in the past 2 weeks it was not good service compared to last year when we came to eat.
