Usually love Saltgrass and my family knows I love their cheese cake. Waitress was sweet. My filet was sent back twice due to not being medium. Husband politely waited with his ribeye getting cold. Filet was red all the way both times. Husband ate his steak the second time mine was sent back. By the time I got a medium steak my husband was finished eating. I ate a steak that was cut into six tiny pieces and cooked multiple times, which was not as good, by myself. A different person brought it back each time, Im guessing a manager. My experience was not a good one and after eating by myself and pushing being late to the football game, we did not have time for cheese cake. One star for the sweet waitress. Advise would be to take both couples food so the polite husbands food is not cold and we could have eaten together.

the food was delicious and our server was awesome Marcus) we were celebrating my husband birthday that's where he wanted to go very good choice. my family and i was so please we will go back been telling everyone about how good the food was. Thanks Marcus!!!!!

Such a horrible experience. It took quite a while to get our food and when it did come out, some of it was cold. Then when I got home I realized that the amount taken off of my card was not what matched my receipt. So I called and spoke to the manager who basically treated me like I’m incompetent. Told me that the waitress had charged me for something extra and that it would be taken off. Saltgrass has always been one of my favorite places, but definitely not the Longview location.

We had a great time! The food was so good, nobody wanted to stop; but the portions were huge! Our waitress was a complete doll: personable, attentive, pleasant, and quick to make sure everything we had was perfect. We were all very happy when we finally convinced ourselves to waddle to the car! ^_^

Happy to have one in Longview. I have enjoyed it each time I have went. I introduced my grandparents whom lives in Australia and Virginia. They were only familiar with Outback and they really liked it. The beer bread and butter is wonderful. The waiters are always fun and pleasant.
