Could not have been happier! I was seen in a very timely manner. I was treated with respect the entire visit. Dr. Ross was very caring, kind, and compassionate and calmed my dental fears. He made sure that I was comfortable before beginning any work. I felt like I was the only patient - he took so much time with me.....very rare for a doctors office. The work performed was beautiful. The office even called to check on me the next day!

STAY AWAY!!! I was so VERY disappointed by the unprofessional manner in which Dr. Ross conducted himself. He mocked me because I was unable to respond to his incessant talking while my mouth was propped open. He took several long breaks (seven that I counted) to attend to personal business; apparently he sells raises chickens and sells eggs on the side. This was quite distressing, because these breaks came so frequent and at times when something would be dangling out of my mouth or at times when debris would be loose in my throat. He did not bother to make these breaks at all comfortable for me. And, at two points during my visit, Dr. Ross was working on my tooth, while he had his chair rolled away from me, talking to his daughter in the hall! She was visiting from college, but he should have scheduled a day off if he preferred visiting to working. He was not even looking in my mouth! I tried to say something and he laughed at me and made it a joke at my expense. It was a horrifying experience and I had to pay another dentist two weeks later to fix the subpar dentistry that Dr. Ross performed. My recommendation: make the drive to Tyler or Dallas, because this dentist is a waste of money, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate.
