This is the worst place you could ever take your children. They don't care about you as an individual at all. The receptionist on the right side of the desk, was absolutely hateful. We we're referred there cause my 9 year old needed work and has severe anxiety, and needed to be sedated. It took 3 appts to even be seen cause I'd drive the hour to the appt, they were over booked and we had to reschedule . So when we were finally seen, she needed 4 teeth worked on. As was put in her referral for all to be looked at and worked on. They only did 2, never told me they didn't do anything to her other 2 cavities, never made us anther appt, never told me I needed a follow up. And I made the mistake of assuming they did all her work, cause that was the point of the sedation and what I was told before. So her other 2 got abscessed before I realized they never even touched the rest of her mouth. Severely abscessed, like dangerously abscessed. I called to come in so they could look at them, but then I found out something was wrong with my insurance, on the insurance companies side, and it could take up to 30 days to process, but kindle was refusing to even look at her abscessed teeth. It wasn't something that could wait without antibiotics. The receptionist wasn't even going to let us talk to the dentist. She was so horrible. I had to beg and cry about how I was so worried about my baby and pretend like it was the 2 teeth they did work on, to get back there, when it wasn't. The dentist was kind, told me she was glad I got back there because it was dangerous. And that's how I finally got the amoxicillin prescription. Leaving, the receptionist was hateful again about how it wasn't the 2 teeth they did work on, and how she will make sure I get sent a bill. Like I told her, go ahead, send me the bill because my insurance is going to take care of it it'll just have to be back dated, but my mission was accomplished and I got my baby the medicine she needed. Their was no reason for being so rude with such attitude and saying it over and over again like I'm just stupid or can't hear or incompetent or just there trying to get free work for myself or something. I'm there for my baby, who was infected and wouldn't be if their would have been some communication. After the infection went down some, I went back to kool smiles, and they helped me get her to be tough so they could do the work she needed. She just couldn't be sedated. She was terrified, but she got tough cause she didn't want to be in pain anymore. I just can't believe, Kindle never even told me they only did half the work, never contacted me for a follow up, never said anything. And I can't believe, they'd rather a child suffer, instead of having some integrity and looking at her so she could get antibiotics, that I had to get through a receptionist who has an horrible hateful non caring attitude, about a child. I need to find out her name so I can put it on here so y'all know. But she sat on the right side of the desk. Don't take your kid there.

This Dentist is pretty good. I actually had a hard time finding the perfect one for me, but I was told by many patients here that it is a good place.. And it is.. I love the ceiling Tv's while they work on your mouth! Yes..

The ladies at the front desk are wonderful and very helpful. The dentist are very sweet and always ready to serve. They have done a lot for me and I am truly grateful!!!! My mouth couldn't be any happier!

l started taking my kids here since my daughter was born in 2001 and since it was Alpha First Dental... All the staff are kind and awesome and they offer great services. They have taken good care of my teeth and all 4 of my children's teeth. I would recommend Kindle Dental to others. I like the cleanliness of the building and the time they have us in and out of there.
