My son had to go on multiple occasions for different dental work. He supposedly had 5 cavities (not having any 6 months prior). 2 needed crowns and the rest fillings. This last occasion we went, he saw Isha Gandhi. She seemed nice at first. But in general she was very rude and impatient. Working with children REQUIRES PATIENCE! My son was very fearful because the time before, he had to get crowns on, and he had an overall bad experience. So, understandably, he was scared. Well this lady, put the numbing gel and literally left it on for 10 seconds, so I knew he was going to feel the needle go in the for when they numbed that side of his mouth. And he did, he was screaming and crying. I asked them to step out so I could talk to my son and when they came back Isha Gandhi was making rude comments to my son about how he was wasting her time, and how she had already wasted 45 minutes on him. And she told him to atop whining. And would throw in an occasional "oh my god" everytime he would make any little noise. It was very unprofessional, and I will never, ever be returning to kool smiles. The assistant was great, but Isha Gandhi, you are not cut out to work with children, find another career!

I LOVE KOOL SMILES.... Chasity is very professional, caring, and organized. Keisha caring, sweet and professional, Kelly is Kool and she made my family feel comfortable like she was a true friend. But Claudette..... I don't ever want her to be around my family. I felt cheated bc I couldn't take a pic of my child. Not her... spoke with the manager all good.

Ms. Pennye the hygienist was great! She helped my son count how many baby teeth he has left and now he's keeping count. She gave us great information. The staff was very friendly.

Kool Smiles was so awesome!! I had a hard time the second time around but since then they have been nothing but amazing. Keshia, Shara, Cola, and Dr Garg were amazing!! Because of them i will continue to return.
