Leatourneau administration kicked all the guys out of the quads and into this poor excuse for a building; the workmanship is awful. What's worse, floor unity and traditions were intentionally dispersed by administrators. Sadly, this left the guys who used to live in the quads no place to look forward to returning. Because, all the memories and traditions were ruined in an attempt to make more money. However, 1/2 of the building remains constantly unoccupied because there are not, and have never been, enough students to fill it.
