There is a huge sign that says, "Seeing Eye Dogs Only" unfortunately I have to have a service dog with me at all times because I have seizures. According to the law and the American Disability Act, a service dog can go in any public place. I was stopped at the door, going to see my neurologist, and asked if my miniature poodle was a seeing eye dog. Well of course she isn't, can you imagine a 10 pound dog being a guidance dog?? My service dog alerts me before I have a seizure and she must be with me. The elderly lady up front gave me a lot of flack about me service dog. Of all places, a doctor's office should welcome service dogs! I gave her my badge with my dogs registration number and the 1-800# for her to call along with my dogs picture. It was after then she decided to let me proceed to my doctors office on the 4th floor. She broke numerous ADA laws and needs to be educated concerning service dogs.

I was lied to, told I didn't have Balance when I had my tests done. Then called the next day and told it was a balance and I could no longer see the doctor that ordered the tests. I am 71 have a fractured spine and can't go see my neurosurgeon because of the balance on the tests she ordered.
This place is more money hungry than they care about patients. I have been in healthcare for over 20 years and in my career have never seen a place so money hungry in my entire career. Thank you DCOL for showing me the light before I agreed to surgery or something. I sure would hate to be dropped on my ass after someone opened me up.

I had a five level spinal fusion by a Dr from Diagnostic. I was dropped by my neurosurgeon due to a balance I had no clue about from 2009. I had insurance then so I don't know what it's from. The neurosurgeon is paid up she has a zero balance but yet I cannot go and see the neurosurgeon because of a past due balance she put eight screws 2 rods almost a foot long in my back with the cage and I can't go get it checked out by the woman who did it. I'm having issues with movement in my fusion site and I'm having more numbness in my legs I collapse but yet I cannot see my doctor until that balance is paid I'm on Social Security disability there's no way I can pay that all they care about is money they don't care about their patients if they cared about their patients they would understand that $20,000 went to pay my neurosurgeonand they're crying over $1000 kiss my ass the DCOL.

Amazing service. I moved away from the area but I still drive there to get my son care. Its worth it to me.
