I love the doctors here but the office staff needs a total overhaul. Everytime I call for an appointment I end up with a busy signal or answering machine during office hours. When I leave a message they still do not return my call and I end up having to take my child to urgent care.

Well apparently they don't need new patients after all. I filled out new patient paperwork on Monday. I was told I could not get an appt. until patient information was entered into the system & they would call me with appt. When they had that done. No call. I called them on Friday to be put on hold for several minutes, then I hear a click on the line and then get a recorded message in spanish. Called back again the line picked up & then hung up. I called back numerous more times , no answer. I left a message asking for a call back for an appt. & I pretty sure that's not going to happen. I wonder if the Doctors in this practice realize the front office personal are running off their new patients. Highly unprofessional behavior. I would love to be the manager in that office for a few days, things would be a lot different.

They are very good people every time I take my children they get the best help and its easy to talk to them. I love it there and I never have problems

I've called several times without an answer. Or I'm put on hold then hung up on only to call back and it be busy for AN HOUR!
