I've been going to this clinic for the past 4 years with my family when we were unable to get into our primary care doctors. I've always been very satisfied with the care. I had to go today and was treated so well. From the receptionist, nurse, doctor, and even the med student treated me with so much care and concern. I left there with a strep diagnosis and was so thankful I had chosen Taylor again!

Doctor said he couldnt preform a VERY minor procedure which ive had done before at urgent care centers because his hands werent steady enough. Said that he would have my treating doctor refer me to a general surgeon who could do it in 2 minutes. He said somebody SHOULD call me. Thanks alot for wasting my co-pay and I wont hold my breathe on a call from a surgeon.

Awful service, other than one nurse. EXTREMELY SLOW I sat in here longer than I ever had at an emergency room 😑. And very dirty😑

Came in and two more came in after me and I waited my turn. I saw a guy jump up upset stating that he has been waiting two hours and have seen people come in after him and go in front of him. He was next after that. Then I saw three people come in afterwards and two of them went ahead of me one of them came in 15 to 20 minutes after me.
My daughter went up there and they stated they have two different rooms and that one goes faster than the other. I think that they need to perhaps give patients a number behind the counter to keep up with who gets next.

Ran out of my blood pressure medication so I went in to see if they could help. Was taken back quickly, examined and they prescribed me my same script and I was on my way. Took 30 minutes or less and they were very friendly. Seemed to genuinely care
