Dr. Zeid and his staff is wonderful. He cares about his patients and his staff is so polite. Never had a bad experience at all. He and his staff is #1 on my list.

The wait can sometimes be a little long, but this is the most helpful, and caring women's healthcare center I have ever been to. They truly care about the well being and health of their patients. When I did not have insurance, and could not afford my birth control, they gave me a couple months of birth control "samples" for free so that I would not have to switch to a birth control that did not work with my body. If they hadn't helped me, I most likely would've just been without birth control at all for roughly three months. This is a great health center, and they really do care about their patients. This place is a blessing to the women of East Texas.

I have been seeing Dr. Zeid since I was 13 years old, I'm 22 years now. Him & his clinic are hands down the best all around! I started seeing him while he was in Henderson & transferred to Longview when he did! He will be my go to Dr until he retires! I used him for my entire pregnancy & after wards & I just love them! I feel at home & at ease with them. Yes some times you have a little bit of a wait but the man is so popular & excellent at what he does he is wanted & needed all over!

I haven't even had my first visit, but I am rating this top stars due to the excellent warm welcome I received going into this clinic. I was welcome by a woman at the door who helped me with a warm smile on her face. I was only there for ten minutes, but I can tell I'm going to absolutely enjoy this place. I came in to transfer doctor's due to the uncomfortable feeling I had with the first doctor I chose. Don't settle, if you don't have a good feeling or don't connect well with the first choice, keep looking ! I know if the staff made me feel this welcomed then the doctor should be just as good :) I can't wait!!

I took my wife for her first visit yesterday, and I don't understand the negative reviews here. The staff was hands-down the most friendly that we've ever experienced. There were ladies in the waiting room with clipboards ready to help you at any moment while you filled out your paperwork. They use a tablet to take all of your medical information which is incredibly convenient and fast. We were in in less than 15 minutes and the nursing staff was incredibly friendly, energetic, and really took care of us. We met with a nurse practitioner who was incredible. Even with our two-year-old getting to the edge of his limitations, the nurse practitioner was patient, kind, answered every question we had, and she was very attentive to us. Not only that, but my wife got a call later on in the day from the Zeid checking on us, making sure our experience was excellent, and asking if there was anything else they could do for us. So far these guys have blown us away. Don't believe the other reviews about them being rude. So not true. The customer service was way beyond my expectations.
