After trying a class for the first time there, I was impressed by the friendly staff and their willingness to help accommodate all who come regardless of age, gender, or physical limitations. I must admit that I look forward to every class that I can make just to be with my new friends. I cannot speak high enough about it. Great place!

I've been going to Longview Yoga for over two years, and I love this place! Practicing yoga has really helped my lower back pain. My arms and my core are the strongest they've ever been. Actually, I'm probably in the best shape of my life because of what I've learned at Longview Yoga. The variety of classes, and the class schedule are both great. All of the instructors are amazing too. All of the yogis at Longview Yoga are super friendly and welcoming. I recommend this place to everyone.

Karen Bonds introduced me to Yoga and I can honestly say it has changed my life! She and Rachel Workman (there are other teachers but I haven't been to their classes) are excellent teachers - thoughtful and knowledgeable in their approach. They are able to work with students at any level of practice and really help you understand how to work with your body. I have wrist and feet issues that I used to think prohibited me from practicing yoga. Karen helped me understand that Yoga is for everyone! I go to Longview Yoga every time I am in the area! Also, it's a beautiful, large facility with lots of fun and interesting props. Play on the yoga wall, the yoga whale and the thingy that helps you go upside down if you want to be introduced to inversions. I can't say enough great things and I have been to many Yoga Studios!
