This use to be a great place with a nice buffet. I went in the other day after being out of town for a while and it seemed lime a ghost town. No mote buffet and a limited menu. Sad to witness.

I've been eating at CFV for almost 50 years and love the catfish even after the recent changes, but the buffet was the main draw and we ate there after church for the last nine years. My family no longer likes to go to CFV to dine in but we will continue to buy fish by the pound. The new CFV is disappointing and we are now eating elsewhere after church. I hope this doesn't spell the end of the best catfish restaurant ever!

No longer buffet. I loved when they had the buffet, but they have the same foods on the menu, and some new foods. Great kids menu that comes in a cardboard fishing boat, the drinks are free. We had a birthday party there. No charge for a large room, great service to ourselves. Wonderful place for get togethers.

First they took the buffet out. So we order the food the ranch was yucky, the fish was ok. What really hacked me off was I substituted onion rings over fries or baked potato, got 4 onion rings. Really and funny while I was writing this the neighbor at the table got shorted 4 fish from his 6-8 pieces. Do not recommend and will not be back.
