Chen's Garden is my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant in Longview. They have a buffet, but you can also order take out or have your food delivered and it will be fresh. The food is ALWAYS hot. The staff is always very polite. There's one male in particular, I wish I knew his name, but he is kind, gentle, and perfect every time we dine in or call to order. When you call for delivery, you'll basically always have your food at least a half hour before the expected time you were given over the phone. I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant. BUT, they did just move to the old New Hupei location, also on McCann, and Maps hasn't updated it yet. So you need to enter New Hupei for your GPS. It's right in front of The Butcher Shop if that helps.
