This location is going down hill, and probably closer to already down hill. Whoever the manager is needs to know their hours of operation, if your opening hour is 10 am, you should be ready to receive customers at that time and not be on the phone so that you can address the customer why they can not be served at 10 am and waving your finger at them. Poor customer service and poor quality of food.

DISGUSTING! Negative stars if possible! This place needs to shut down. Rude service and RAW CHICKEN!!! Can't get any worse than that!

1pm ,sunday ,march 27th,this is why i go to grandys they are always friendly no matter what they are always professionals, I made the mistake of going to churches on Mobberly ask for a 10-piece the attendant told me to look on the board and find it I looked on the board couldn't find it told her about it and there was a long wait before she answered again talk with the manager on duty it was no better going back to Granny's or Southern Classic
