Customer service was awesome tonight. Food was good and fresh, and the cook, cooked my burger exactly like I wanted it. The night crew deserves a raise and I hope they continue doing a outstanding job on customer service. 😎😎😎😎☺☺☺☺💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

Coney Dogs were good, However the Fries and Tots were smashed under the Coney Dogs and the Cashier had to be told the same thing 3 times before she listened as I asked for the featured French Vanilla and Caramel Swirl Iced coffee she kept saying we don't have that in a slushie....
Once that was verified... I must say, it's very tasty!❤

The night shift is a joke. I work 1000 feet from the place all day long good service and food. Moon comes out and customer care disappears. Order a #2 and get a #1 with aome burnt up tater tots. Completes my day since I skipped lunch. Thanks night shift.

Wanted to order but girl at the pump menu was uninformed on the menu or just didn't care.... didnt know what came on a simple new York hot dog ....then continued with a "tude" so I went inside and they looked at me but did not acknowledge me (knowing I had just told them at the pump I would come in to Order so as to make it simple).....and after I waited about 10 mins (felt like 15) I left. .. they did not say hello, be with u n a minute ....nada ....love Sonic but this one is a NO GO!

It is convenient to I-20 but the service could. be better. Also we got cold food there twice.
