Got my order wrong even though I told them exactly how I wanted it. Paid extra for cheese on both burgers and missing cheese. Called the manager and spoke with Mike who refused to remake my order for a different day. I live 10 miles away, the location was convenient at the time. Stated that I would need to drive back to get my order on the same night or I can call the GM the next day and have her decide wether I can get my orders remade or not. RIDICULOUS!! It should not be that difficult. Price is already high so I expect my orders to be made correctly the first time or offer a better solution!

Consistently gets my order wrong. Just this location. All the others are fine, but the one on Gilmer rd needs new management.

Took 15-20 minutes to get my burger. Not sure why.. Supposedly short staffed but two men in manager apparel were sitting talking and eating in lobby. Food great as usual.
