I really wanted to like this place. Genuinely I did. It's a cute place. Homey and clean. The reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because I had an appointment to get my hair cut. I arrive 15 minutes before my appointment at 1. I don't mind waiting until my appointment time. 1 rolls around and they say it will be just a minute ok fine no problem. 1:15 rolls around I'm still waiting. 1:30 I'm still waiting. 1:45 STILL WAITING. I ask if I need to come back they say the stylist is almost done. I didn't get seen until 2. An entire hour after my appointment time and an hour and 15 minutes of waiting...for an appointment. I just felt like my time was incredibly disrespected. I can't imagine that is the norm but my goodness. If you make someone wait that long at least offer a discount or something.

I had an apt. 10/13/17 with Andria to get new lash extensions.. and she did great, I love my lashes.
The reason why I’m giving FOY 2 stars is because when I walked in I saw maybe 5/6 ladies, I believe 2/3 of them being employees (who did not greet me) .. standing around the check in desk.. everyone got quite and looked at me for a few seconds then continued right back to what they were talking about. I sat there for more than 10 minutes waiting to be checked in while 2 other ladies walked in and were greeted and checked in.
As soon as I started to think about walking out and finding another salon the lady asks if I had been helped yet and said she could’ve “sworn” she asked me... Yeah, right.
I have been to many places that were very busy but the employees still made it a point to at least acknowledge me!

Well kept and upscale salon and spa. I was there taking some photos for a bridal party and they and myself we very welcomed and treated well.

I have had massage and hair cut here and loved everything about it every time. Very professional and do whatever it takes to make sure you leave happy.

This place has a lovely, east Texas accented, staff and environment. The lighting is soft throughout and spotted over the cutting stations with gentle spa music and the pleasant aroma of high quality shampoo. I contributed hair to locks of love and used this place for my hair cut and subsequent styling. They were very patient and happy to help with keeping the hair orderly and cut at a uniform length. Ultimately they took the time to separate my hair into 9 sections before cutting and even helped me take pictures and play at different stages of the event. Even after all that work and time I was still given a great hair cut and style which left my wife smiling.
