Good place for quality Mexican food in DTLA. Of course it's a bit on the pricey side, but it's in the thick of a lot of quality dining places, so that's to be expected (markup on beer and guacamole is pretty high). Their pork asada was absolutely fantastic.

I celebrated my 30th birthday here. I had come for the nacho happy hour but the bar was packed. The wait staff was extremely accommodating and opened up another area for my party and allowed us to partake in the happy hour. The food and drink were incredible and the service made the night all the better. This is one of my favorite places to go when in downtown. The chef who owns this restaurant also owns most of the restaurants on the block and they are all wonderful.

Fun bar in long Beach! It's all about the whiskey here! They have a great selection of alcohol. I ordered the old fashioned for $10. They also serve Moscow mules. The place has a nice set up with couches to hang out with your friends, pool tables, darts and arcade games. The photo booth costs $3 for 4 pictures. It goes by really quickly, so have your poses ready before you put your money in.
