Wow! I can not say enough good things about Exotique. I had so many questions for the high end car rental, and they answered each question right away and so kindly and full of grace. The paperwork and process was simply as easy. Customer Service is top notch and the cars they rent out are truly fabulous!! Thank you to everyone who helped me out. I would highly recommend!!

This place was awesome. I've rented the Lamborghini hurcan for my Bday and wow. Nothing like it. Great service and excellent prices. I checked all over to see what the best deal was and Exotique didn't disappoint. Not only was the car significantly cheaper that everyone else. But all their cars were priced perfectly. Definitely coming back.

If you are planning to rent from here please don't!!!! I made reservations online as well as spoke with a representative, about a vehicle that I saw was available for my prom. The gentleman assured me the car was avalible for that day, my dad and him both agreed to do the payment the first thing the next morning. My dad called first thing in the morning to make sure someone was there, he spoke with a lady there and gave her the particulars of the situation, being the type of car, the date, and the amount. She told my dad that yes the car is available and we can do it. My dad told her he would be there within 30 mins and she said fine, see u when u get here. Once my dad arrived they said were sorry there's a problem. They said they can't rent the car because another customer who was currently driving another car decided all of a sudden they wanted the same car we booked. That didn't make any sense to me. My dad said "how can you rent a car to someone that has already been reserved for someone else". My dad told him, I can see if the other customer whose already in another vehicle wanted to get an extension on a vehicle he was already driving. But it doesn't make sense for you guys to allow him to make an extension on another vehicle that someone has already reserved. It sounds like a bunch of bullshit to me, they are unprofessional and unpredictable... "Don't waste your time".

The worst customer service experience I have ever had! End of July 2015 I went for replacement for my CRV's leaking rack and pinion. Armenian guy at the Front Desk gave me a quote for "new rebuilt" rack and pinion. After a month, the whistling noise was back and I showed him pictures of oil leaks when I take my car out of parking. They "fixed" the leaking rack and pinion but after a few days the same problem recurred. I had gone back to Exotic Auto Center 4 times over the last 3 months for the same problem and kept being told that there's no leak anymore despite the fact the I have pictures that prove otherwise. Today I was there for the 5th time because I was promised that the defective rack and pinion would be replaced but when I asked to see the replacement part I was told that they don't have it. The Armenian guy said they would remove the old part, repair it, and put it back in! The people at Exotic Auto Center have been lying to me from the beginning. It's obvious that the mechanics there don't know what they're doing. It was even me who suggested to do tire alignment after replacing the rack and pinion. I don't usually give reviews but I don't want anyone else to experience the horrible service that I experienced from the people at Exotic Auto Center. Please be warned!
