Great service. Staff was very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Large selection of car seats to compare and check out. Sales girl was able to have us try them out with our son. We where also able to find the compatible adapters we'd need to use on our stroller.

Great place for novice parents. Wife and I got a chance to come in this morning (Drove all way from Victorville!). Jackie (Jacky?) was very knowledgeable and made sure to guide us through several products, comparing specs and prices.

We came in with a list of products we wanted to see, was actually surprised we got a chance to check everything out in person.

Quick tip: If they offer help to your car, take it! Baby stuff is heeeeeavy!

Unpleasant experience. Owner Katrin is rude, arrogant, helpless and ignorant. She is acting as she is working last day in this store or just wanna go home any minute. She is just sitting behind the cashier desk and only receiving money from you without any emotion on her face. Very strange attitude for owner :(. Staff in store: (4 people!) absolutely untrained and such a waste of time, they're just laughing and playing with each other. Location: to get in there you have to spend a bunch of time, parking located on other side of the other building, really hard to understand directions to the store, no signs or pointers!
Prices: not cheap at all
After our sad experience we decide to never come back to this place.

Very nice selection and helpful staff, not crowded, and validates parking. Just a little difficult to get to, and parking can be tight.

Way over priced. Almost everything is cheaper at other places. Only thing good is being able to see the item first.
