My Experience...

Made an appointment, showed up and i wasn't even on the schedule. They where suppose to call me back when they got my test results,30 days later i called since i have not heard from them....and they tell me the dr was no longer practicing at the facility. They could of called me back follow up on my health,or directed to a dr for my issue but nothing....fast forward couple months later i ask to get my records, i showed up and they gave me 2 sheets of paper. They did not actually include my records,just my check up, i had to come back and ask for my actual records of test done when i was there. When ask about the blood work, they 'never received it' (had to go to where i had it done,just so they tell me only release to the dr who ordered it ughh).

While waiting on my records, they try to ask me about other services they provide, after telling the receptionist i was ok, and what happened earlier it led to her responding
"we dont even have a dr right now anyways"
and she said "fancy" when i told her about my dentist..who i have been going for 9 years.

Staff very unprofessional, facility is great, its a shame.
