Waited over an hour for an appointment that i arrived on time for,people who came in after me where seen before me and not once during the waiting period did any of the staff interact with me,the professionalism of this clinic can be improved. And waiting 2 HOURS for an appointment is Unacceptable I WILL BE CALLING MEDICAL TO FILE AN COMPLAINT YOU WILL NOT BILL ME FOR 2 HOURS OF WAITING THIS IS NON SENSE

This has been farmost the WORST EXPERIENCE , EVER!!! As a Healthcare Professional myself, I have seen such a lack of communication, the Ma's All work as if their ALL of Intern or externship. I have been waiting for a device to come in. Cancel my appointment, because I had to call to see it was in. They NEVER even had any intention on calling. Then I find a Office that has it and come to get my Records of the 1st visit and Im told I cant. NEVER HAVE I EVER HEARD THIS... So then I'm set up an appt. by the office Manager for 10am in the same week. I get there and SIT for over an hour. But Nurse Donna was the best she made me happy and was very informative. I just feels the staff needs more training on CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND PATIENT 1ST..

Horrible service unprofessional they abuse older patients they don't communicate with each other don't take the time to read charts and give you diagnostics that don't make any sense and Dr. gets an attitude with the patient's family does not listen very unprofessional horrible service I would recommend everybody with parents do not allow them to go there
