Best thing about this hotel was FREE PARKING and it is in a very good location for those who come to LA to enjoy Korean foods and shopping. Rooms are not too sound proof but unless you get a neighbor who has their tv on pretty loud all night long like we did one night, it's not too bad. We will definitely be returning to this hotel for our next visit to LA.
An added bonus for Koreans - they always have a Korean person at front desk :)

The room was clean and neat, the soap in the bathroom smelled fantastic, and the staff was responsive to our needs. Thwy provided us free bottled water, and when we discovered that out room door wouldn't latch, maintenance was sent immediately to fix it. The free parking was great, and the location is perfect for visiting Hollywood. The in room coffee was intensely strong and they didn't provide creamer, but that seems like a really minor complaint in comparison to everything else.

The people were really nice and the room was great! The bed was super comfortable. The area was walkable and close to a Korean market and bookstore. Easy to catch an uber.

Hotel was nice. Room was a bit small. Temperature in the room was 81 degrees and we had to Google how to work the thermostat. They also turn off the refrigerator between visitors, so it had thawed and there was water everywhere. No concierge service and the staff of 5 at the front desk watched us struggle with a cart of bags. If you smoke cigarettes don't bother staying here. The staff watches everyone on camera and will charge you $350 if they see you smoking. Constant presence of security guards was nice, but also makes you wonder why it's necessary. Maybe hire a few Bellboys instead? Interesting area. Great sushi and boba!

The staffs are kind and nice. The room was clean, but bit small. And, I was little cold while I slept. The heating was working but there has only a thin blanket. This hotel is located near Korean town. That was good for me.
