The staff was very polite they let us know what there was to do in the area. Hollywood boulevard is fairly close to the hotel it's in a nice area pretty quiet during the night time which is good after having a long adventurous day in L.A. , the only thing that would make this hotel better would be the cleanliness of the hotel could be slightly improved. Other than that the hotel was spacious and very cute with all the different types of decor and picture frames. I enjoyed my stay and would probably stay there again.

Room was great but MAJOR MAJOR roach problem..
I mean whole families dad wife grandparents kids preteen AND baby roaches came out of the woodwork literally was so gross do not eat in your room these Mfs are bold AF. Thankfully this was a very brief stopover... Room amenities are great but the roaches run this hotel they were under the bed in the shower sink toilet ugh so gross. Honesty hotel would be amazing if they just bomb the roaches very chic rooms friendly staff really didn't want to post this but they need to take care of this asap. Then it will be a wonderful stay.

It's a hotel without a coffee maker in your room. There is a room near the office that has coffee sellingly all day. You can find discounted bakery items there as well. Quite uniqe The room is large the bathroom is small. Everything is old. I think the sheets were older than I am. Point blank it's cheap there is Zero parking and it's goes to show how putting in a new coat of paint can keep places like this "renovated" if you like classic, walking, all the mean while saving money, this is the place for you.

I wanted a vacation in LA but all I got was stress. I thought that this was a decent priced and great location hotel. But my expectations were wrong. I had to walk half a mile for parking,rooms were not clean,terrifying zombie look alike staff/residents,creepy drug addicts sitting outside,staff would leave the hotel unattended at night,a/c doesn't work etc.My nephew and I were walking to our room and we heard a woman screaming and we heard noises as we slept in our bedroom. We couldn't even stay a whole night because the conditions were so terrible also there were bed bugs. I understand that the hotel is old but they could atleast attempt to take care of it. They wouldn't clean your room unless you ask them too. If creepy pictures,rooms and deserted hotels are your thing then this place is for you but if it's not then this place is not for you. I would've rated this place a 0 but that wasn't a option for your own sake DON'T GO HERE. The pictures that they put online are actually fake.

I had a good sleep overall in the comfortable and spacious apartment sized room, with the one exception that I got eaten up by bedbugs (I didn't notice until after I checked out with itchy bites that I had on my body) and then I let the staff know. There is street parking (no parking at hotel) which is fairly easy to find. Staff is very friendly, and the hallways are a bit creepy but sort of cool like what you would see in a haunted movie.
