Two words: BED BUGS I️ was in town for a convention and woke up on my last day with over 40 bed bug bites. Management didn’t seem interested in the issue and brushed me off.
While the location is good, and the price is affordable, I️ would much rather pay more for a place that values cleanliness.

The location was very easy to get to I found it very accessible the front front desk clerk was very helpful and he's also very thorough with his checks of identity and cuz I was there on a work event and so it was quite Pleasant and I would do it again

Definitely needs an update. Water pressure is very low in the shower. But, if all you need is a roof over your head then it's ok.

It's an older building, that being expected the rooms are a good size. Bathrooms economic. House keeping does a great job. Authentic and quaint.

This is at least partially a residential hotel and not in the best part of LA, but it was convenient to the downtown venue I was attending. The service was great and the room was clean. I might want to Uber to and from next time rather than walking around the neighborhood late at night. Only incident was I was approached by a pan handler but he was polite and not aggressive.
