If I could give them a negative star I would. My husband has his colostomy bags delivered by them and he has signed an agreement to have them automatically shipped to us and they are NEVER auto-ship them EVER! They never ever answer the phone there and when they do they transfer your call a million times or they just leave youon hold for ever. They also do not call you to tell you that they are coming. A few times he has received the supplies and they gave him 2 out of 3 boxes and getting the missing items is damn near impossible . we have to go and pick them up. Which is the entire point of the reason why we use this place!

If i could give a NEGATIVE five ill do, they are very stressful when it comes to delivery and i think stuffs doesn't have business ethics. I had a several horrible experience in dealing with them....

If I could give them a negative star I would. It is imposible to get ahold of the people you need to help you. Everytime I try to reach Aracely she never seems to be at her desk because she never answers. You leave her voice mails and she never calls you back. For the past month I've been able to talk to her once when I've been calling and calling about my son's prescription. It's outrageous.

My daughter being a dialysis patient is required alot of expensive medications in the Thosands of monthly meds i stopped having them as a pharmacy because of their horrible delivery service and bad attitudes they feel that calling me to let me know of when they are going to deliver is to much that its going out of their way to let me know when a med is gonna be delivered! So they wanna charge a delivery fee for the meds after they did a first delivery attemp inn one ocassion out of many others ..but didnt call me to let me know they were at the door knocking while i was in the shower so then they left and told me they wont redilver without paying the fee or they wont send it out thru the mail! Just a heads up to those who need youre meds delivered from them and im in the valley it seems a like a missjon for them to do a simple delivery!
