I went in for my first time yesterday because the shop I intended to go to originally was closed. The process of getting the cannabis is extremely exaggerated, you have to 1st go through a security guard that is not welcoming or friendly, then 2nd, see a rude 15 year old looking immature girl in the front whose stuck in high school mode, then you have to go in through 2 security doors, see a 3rd person to get the cannabis of your choice, then go see a 4th person at another window accross the room to pay, then go to a 5th person to get the cannabis from a rude fat man, then exit through 2 other seperate security doors. The main issue is not even that, I bought the worst cannabis in my life at this location that is supposobly "top shelf", they labeled the strain a sativa and I honestly feel its a CBD, I feel nothing, and I have had bad strains that at least give an effect for 5 min, but with this cheap garbage I literally dont feel anything, it was a waste of my money and time. The person who measured the cannabis for me lied and didnt give me a straight answer, I asked him about the quality and he kept saying the quality was amazing, its the worst strain I have had in my 10yrs of cannabis use. The employees are defensive there because they know their jobs are really useless there, it takes 5 seperate people to make 1 simple transaction, the owner must be extremely rich with lots of money to throw out from selling BAD QUALITY cannabis to hire unecessary rude people. Their cannabis is generic, it doesnt feel right and their labels are misleading practicing false advertisement, I honestly wish I could give them back their garbage and get my money back but this place stole my money.

Let me start off by saying that i am a 14 yr veteran that has PTSD and chronic back pain.
I travel often to California for work and last month I got a rec, finally. Now with that being said it is very difficult for me to find a spot that will help me out. After calling around for almost 2hrs wonderland was the only place that would allow me in. I was greeted by a very friendly young lady at the front and had a phenomenal bud tender. I am so thankful for you guys. I slept last night for 8hrs and my back didn't bother me one but. I am so grateful for all your help. For once my PTSD didn't keep me up all night pacing. If any veteran is reading this please go here and check this place out. Prices were great and staff was phenomenal l. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much and I look forward to seeing you guys again in the futire

Girl at the front window blatantly ignored me while continuing her conversation with her co-worker. Provided a valid ID with valid Rec I just got the same day and I was refused service. Not very friendly at all, contrary to their reviews. Starting to think they're the ones posting their own 5 star reviews, which many shops do BTW. No wonder people are just buying off the black market instead.
