The women in the front desk was very rude and the manager was not helpful so I walked out. They do not care about their clients. I hope the owner finds out and does something to make this place better.

I scheduled an appointment for my fiancée who doesn't read or write English since he's new to the US. They handed him paperwork to fill out and since I was not with him he asked for help from one of the women in the front desk who asked another girl to help him. She showed him where to initial and sign not helping him with the last few pages that had questions for him to answer. When he went back up, Tina, who helped him asked if he still needed help and when he replied yes the second women laughed in his face. He was so extremely hurt, as a new citizen in this country arriving a couple years ago not speaking a word of English he already struggles daily, the last thing he needs is someone laughing in his face.
When he called me after leaving I immediately called and asked to speak to a manager. The lady who answered who's name is Diana said that she's with a patient. I told her that my fiancée was just there and I want to know who laughed in his face. When she realized who I was her tone changed and she became rude replying "That was me but that's what he says." - I wasn't about to argue with her so I just asked for the managers name and to have her call me back.
It shows how much of a low level person she is to laugh at someone else in order to make herself feel better for whatever life she has.
The manager Tina, called me back saying that she was there and she did not see Diana laugh. I said so if you didn't see it then it didn't happen or you're implying that he's lying or making it up. Which she responded "I'm not saying he made it up but it didn't happen. He was frustrated with the paperwork and left."
To insinuate he either imagined someone laughing directly to his face or is lying instead of apologizing is insulting on Diana's part and unprofessional on Tina's part who needs to pick her employees better or at least give them the proper training. As I was mid-sentence expressing to Tina how she needs to train them better she got upset and hung up on me.
As a business owner myself I know if this would have happened in my establishment and I believed my employee, I would have still reached out to the person and apologized if they were made feel a certain way in my office. Explaining they might have misunderstood and that it was not our intent to make you feel that way. Instead they want to add insult to injury and imply he's making it up.
