I just enquired about making a reservation vs walking in and the reception was the most rude and unhelpful person I have ever spoken to. Needless to say, I won't be going anywhere near the place! Good luck with the new salon Neihule.

they did a good job on my nails. I felt a little bit rushed. but none the less they came out looking good.

The salon looks lovely, but unfortunately I cannot say that about the service. The receptionist was ignorant and the girl who did my pedicure and manicure was rude. I did not feel welcome at all. The quality of the manicure and pedicure was very disappointing. All my nails were shaped uneven and differed in length and the nail polish wasn't applied nicely; however, the nail polish latest. When I went home, I kept the manicure, but I redid my pedicure.
Overall, I do not recommend this place.

The girls did a very good job, clean and professional, no complains, however for that price I was expecting a massage chair, they didn't have any, they had the same chairs like the doctor office have in the waiting room. Also to make an appointment you need to give your c.c info and if you need to cancel you need to pay 50%. Another thing that was very annoying for me, is that I need to go upstairs for pedicure, and when done, I need to go back downstairs for manicure. Btw they also forgot to mention that most of the pictures here are from a different nail salon.

Tammy does the best job with the nails. Highly recommend her she is very experienced and has excellent talent! I love my nails! She made me feel so comfortable and the way she does the design i knew i could let her do her thing lol
