This place is super run down and pretty grimy. Also, on my first visit nobody mentioned the time limit. The attendant came to me and shouted that I'd stayed too long and needed to pay extra. Then the front desk lady rudely said they were a spa, not a hotel... on a Saturday afternoon.
So, rude + grimy = go anywhere else. Wi Spa much better and kinder.

The place overall is nice and very relaxing, except for one annoying thing. They have one really rude employee, she works in the mornings and wears glasses. She will scream at the top of her lungs over the intercom 7 am for the 8 am check out for the people who stayed over night every 10 minutes. She will then yell at you when you come to check out at the front counter. Everyone else who works here is very nice, especially the guy who works overnight, so it's not a company policy to be rude. There have been times when I was sound asleep and didn't hear the 8 am reminder, and if I stay over. When that has happened I have had absolutely no problem paying for the additional time, I expect it. The parking lot is validated, so it's not like I could just leave anyways, if I did I would have to pay the max for parking which is like $16. And I've stayed parked for hours after leaving the spa and the validation still works so that is not a excuse for making people leave either. This woman seems to work every day from 6am to noon. She portrays the stereotype that Korean people are only nice to Koreans.

The baths were not at all comfortable. They were too hot and there was not one that is decently mild. The shower stalls are old and falling apart. The floor that leads to the showers are uncomfortable to walk on. The reclining chairs are nice and you do get a decent robe. The place could use an update
