One of the most iconic architecture works in Los Angeles. The matte steel finish and the curved lines are a great symbology of Los Angeles culture: shiny and creative. The interior has a beautiful curvy wooden decor that makes the sound travel evenly throughout the Concert Hall.

Good acoustics. Was a bit warm, the fans were pretty loud as well. A bit small compared to some of the other concert halls I've been too. Orchestra view was great! Gustavo is a legend!

This iconic building has helped revitalize downtown LA. And it houses the incomparable LA Philharmonic. Check the website for listings of all the varied concerts. Tours available; wonderful gift shop and coffee shop; amazing (but very pricey) restaurant; parking available in ramp; beautiful people watching & an elegant evening out

Can't say enough good things about Disney Hall. The building is world -renowned for good reason. Everywhere you turn there's something cool to see. performances are world class by the Los Angeles Philharmonic and other groups that play here. The seats are all good and the sound is terrific everywhere. My only complaint is the limited and food on site. My tip if you were looking for in an inexpensive casual meal go across the street to the Colburn School of Music and eat in the high quality cafeteria.

Magnificent architecture aside, be aware that in the hot summer day the metal surface of the building gets so hot, you could probably fry an egg on it. My wife burned her arm when attempted to lean on the metal rail of one of the passages between those massive structures. Otherwise, extraordinary design which seems to step away from 90 degree angle, just like in the wild nature you don't seem to see 90 degree angle at all (as well as the wheel). Do yourself a favor and stay for a concert - acoustics in the house are amazing. If you witness LA Phil and Dudamel in action, you'll be thrilled, I promise.
