I have used Candace twice now to help us book travel for my step daughter who lives in South Korea to travel to America for her visitations and I can't say how wonderful she has been both times! My husband or father in law have to make the trip from America to pick her up since she is a minor and there are extra steps involved linking itineraries together (my local travel agent was not able to help) but Candace knew exactly what I wanted to do during the first phone call. Prompt and patient customer service! Thank you!

Very uniformative and misleading. When I pointed something out or asked the agent on something that didn't make sense she snapped at me and recommended that I plan my own trip. I took her advice and saved 2 thousand dollars.
