I was monitoring flights for Korean Air online for a trip from Los Angeles to Sao Paulo Brazil and then the price went up $100 per ticket (we were buying 4 tickets so the flight was now $400 extra). I called Korea Travel International and spoke with Kathy. She was very nice over the phone and quickly got me the tickets at the previously cheaper price. She emailed me the itinerary right away so I could read it over to be sure everything was correct. She even called me back 30 minutes later to book it. She helped with getting our seats and providing our frequent flyer numbers.
