The manager of the establishment was crazy, forcing me at gunpoint to write a five-star review for him (which I have since edited). Multiple times during my stay, he pulled an unregistered firearm on my fellow tenants. The pictures posted are very deceiving, as they are only of one of the rooms. The others have only one bed, and are forced to share a bathroom. I do not recommend staying here. All 5-Star reviews are written BY STAFF.

Much better under a new management. Nothing fancy, but clean, essential stay with spacious shared kitchen.

Worst hotel of my stay in LA, and the most expensive! The sheets were not washed in our room, it smelled so bad we took them off and used our own blankets. The air conditioner wasn't controlled per room and it was on full blast all night, so we froze. Other house guests were noisy and the garbage cans were over flowing. There were also large clumps of hair on our floor and ants throughout the room. Do not stay here, it is a waste of money.

Washer/Dryer (common area)
Bathroom (common area)
Three doors accessible with security code.
Inside our "Quad Room with Shared Bathroom" was two beds, two bath towels, a table, nightstand, a closet and a mini trashcan.
The apartment was dirty. Toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap or laundry detergeant is provided. Parking is limited to 2-3 cars. Unless you rent all three rooms on your floor, please be aware that you are sharing an APARTMENT with other travelers like yourself.
