Excellent service! My cat, Leia and I felt very much welcomed. The staff there are dedicated professionals with big hearts for animals. Dr. Marina Kotlarenko is amazing. She is highly skilled and passionate in her work. She took the time to explain my cat's medication and taught me how-to apply it effectively. I appreciate her and the staffs' nurturing spirits, as we share a mutual love and care for animals. Thank you so much for everything that you do.

I was recommended to visit this vet clinic, so I made an appointment a week and a half beforehand.
The appointment was scheduled on Saturday 12pm. I had arrived at 12:01pm and noticed that there was a lot of people waiting to be serviced. The staff on the front desk looked unfriendly. The employee gave me paperwork to fill out.
I finished the application in few minutes and was waiting when they will invite me. However, there were four or five people assisted while I was waiting and when I asked how much time should I wait and WHY should I wait for them if I had made an appointment at 12pm, the woman at the front desk just said that I have to. There is a line...
I have to say, that my friend who recommended Marina to me and who came 15 minutes before MY appointment was assisted and already could go home. So he was serviced without appointment and I had to wait..

What the necessity of making an appointment if they are taking everyone all together?!
I had plans for the day so I couldn't wait. It was 12:40 when I left the clinic, because there was one more person before me. Why should I spend an hour of my own time for nothing?
Unpleasant situation and unprofessional attitude to the customer.

Awful parking situation.
There was no places to park a car and there is No Parking all over the street.

I've been a fan of Cahuenga Pet Hospital for nearly 30 years. Five of my previous cats have had loving care from Dr. Marina. Now I am about to introduce my new kittens to her, Carla, Lubo, Hector, and the rest of the team. I can trust that Barry and Eartha will get the best of care just as Leonardo, Mona, GC, Jake, and Elwood did!

The absolute best and most honest and fair vet I have ever experienced.

Cahenga Pet Hospital is what vets should be. Intelligent, experienced, caring, and well staffed.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Marina and her facility. We have two dogs, and one has serious issues. After having been through so many different vets and facilities, including all the high-priced, big names in town, Dr. Marina is the absolutely only Vet I would ever entrust with the care of my animals.

I always know what I am in for financially. The charges are always fair. The care is beyond top notch. The service offering is comprehensive.

The Dr. truly cares for the animals like they are her own, and it is touching the level of personal care and attention which is always provided. If I could give ten stars instead of five it still would not be enough.

Our dogs quality of life has actually significantly improved since Dr. Marina and her staff took over their care, and we are forever indebted to their wonderful service.

Dr. Marina and her staff are incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable about the animals they see. I am the founder of a LA Dog Rescue, and Dr. Marina is the vet I choose to go to. She's helped so much, and for that, I will always be grateful. If you ever have questions, call them, and you'll feel so much better about coming here!
