They saw me even though I had no appointments and were very kind and caring for my cat. The only thing that was not positive is that I did not get to go into the exam room with my cat and felt that I should have had that opportunity.

Update: I just got off the phone with Dr. Flores and she explained more about what happened at our last visit. With that phone call and one of the amazing receptionists who was able to get both my cats in for a dental and a surgery in the same day, I am super pleased with these guys. I'm really impressed with how much they care. She could have just ignored my disappointment with my experience but she went out of her way to help me feel better and then go over any questions I had about the bloodwork she ran. I'm definitely going to recommend this office to all of my friends.

I'm sad because my partner told me this place was amazing when he took our other cat (who's going to have a big surgery done there) but I was really disappointed when I came on Saturday for my appointment. We came 10 min early in case there was any paperwork since I've never been there. I wasn't seen until an hour after our appointment time so an hour and 10 minutes after I arrived... I didn't really get an explanation, got an apology from the receptionist after asking them what was going on and got no sort of compensation for my time or my cats anxiety from it all. My previous vet was once 25 min late for an appointment and the appointment cost me $15 dollars less. This made me feel like my time was actually respected. I'm going to keep seeing the first vet we saw because she was great and on the time (the one we went to on Saturday was great but an hour late is not ok no matter how great she was). Be forewarned because the receptionist tells me this is something that happens every Saturday (I wasn't told this before my appointment, of course, only after) so don't go on Saturdays!! :(

The best! I needed some paper work from one of my dog's vaccinations and they emailed it over right away. They are so on top of things and always treat my dog so well. Love them!

I love the way they treat my dog here as one of the family. Dr. Castañeda always takes the time to brake down her explanation, making sure that you understand what she is saying. The staff is also great! Friendly, always caring for my beloved Alice... The facility is clean and well located. If there is one negative review, I would have to say... parking... parking is horrible, but what to expect from Downtown Los Angeles?

Dr. Flores and the rest of the crew at DTLA Vets has treated my dog with nothing but love. For the first time, we have found a vet that our Sadie Mae actually loves going to. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
