Took my wife for are 30th wedding anniversary. Tried a bison steak for the first time wonderful meal only knock I could have was the service was average for a 5 star restaurant. All in all very nice evening.

Food is excellent. We had meat loaf, lobster bisque, mashed potatoes, ceasar salad, Mac and cheese, plus their bread for the table. All were tasty and well prepared. Alcoholic drinks were strong, which I like, plus made to taste well. Service was good for such a place. Bathrooms very clean, modern with mouth wash. Upscale place for a location that has mostly mass appeal type restaurants.

Had such a GREAT experience last night at this restaurant. The food was fabulous and the service was exceptional. Jessica was one of the BEST waitresses we have had in a long time. The entire TEAM waiting on us was amazing. So infrequently lately do we get good service let alone service along this level!!

I enjoyed Eddie Merlot's so much! The service was absolutely excellent and my entire party LOVED their food. I'm vegan and was expecting to just get a salad of some kind, but the chef was very accomodating and whipped up a stir fry that was SO delicious! This place is awesome and I hope I can come back. Thank you so much! Very, very impressed!
