Went there on a hot day in mid September, 2017 after walking about 6 miles up to and across the Big Four Bridge. The bar maid let me sample a couple of beers before deciding. My choice quenched my thirst and cooled me down. Overall, it was a fun experience.

Marginal service and forgettable food. If you are into beer you may have a different opinion of Flat12.

I got pretty terrible service the two times I went for food. The first time the guy literally said, "I can't wait for this day to be over" when he was ringing me up. Today I went to get their new rotis, was completely ignored when I walked in, waited with card in hand for several minutes before a bartender asked me what I wanted or even said she'd be with me shortly. Got a completely flat faced encounter ordering, and she seemed annoyed when I asked for it to-go. The kitchen staff were much more courteous and upbeat, but that's not saying much compared to the bartender. The food was alright, but a pretty small portion. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Beer - very good. Service - very good. View - great. Sandwiches - amazing! Do yourself a favor and drive over the river.

Excellent beers, great selection, knowledgeable staff. No wifi but otherwise a great place! Highly recommended
