I rent cars fairly regularly, and I've never had an easier time. The car I reserved is always there, and usually I'm given a choice between numerous options. Matt's (the owner) customer service skills are unparalleled. I would rather drive 20 miles across town than rent anywhere else!

Matt was very helpful by going out of his way to fix a problem that I created for my family by accidentally renting a car from this location instead of the airport. The vehicle was ready on time and we had no problems with it. Thank you for the good service at this location.

Matt was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Despite being very busy, Matt was able to quickly answer my questions and get me into the car I desired, all while smiling and being very friendly to all of his customers despite some of those customers acting like jerks. I will absolutely tell my friends and family to go see Matt at Avis anytime they need a rental. He is a true asset to your company!

This is not an easy location to get in and out of by any means. Picking up the car wasn't an issue because I walked to the location. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and got me on my way rather quickly. Bringing the car back was a bit harder. You have to pull into the walgreen's next door and drive across, in order to get into the lot. It was tricky to figure out but worth it in the end. I rented a Lincoln Navigator and it was awesome! The guy was great, the vehicle was clean and ran great. I would definitely suggest this place just be sure to go through the walgreen's when attempting to enter the lot.
