I just can't say enough great things about my recent experience with Budget. I actually changed my reservation with ease the day before I was to pick up the original vehicle, no problem . When I arrived I was greeted had my reservation printed before in my hand. We looked over the car, the associate went over a great feature of the car...safety camera system, great for our trip to Chicago. I returned the car with ease also. It was a great experience both times and all in 15 minutes or less.

Friendly service and a convenient location.
And the rate was fantastic. I will always choose Budget in Downtown Louisville.

Always have great experiences renting from Budget. I'm always taken care of very quickly and off in my rental in no time. Returning the car is just as easy and the prices are always lower than the rest.
