I love this location. Vicky is great. She's the first to greet me every time I rent a vehicle. Nothing against the rest of the staff but she is the only one who spoke when I walked into the office when I rented back in August. The only smile and hello i received from staff when I picked up on Friday August 17th. Very friendly person and her customer service skills make me want to continue renting at this location that I've been renting from for well over 8 years.

Found me exactly the car we needed quickly, and even brought it to us at the shop we were at. Life savers!!

I really enjoyed working with this team. They were very friendly and even though I don't live in Louisville..by my second visit they new my face! They remembered what I like and what I needed. When back in Louisville I will definitely be working with them again.

They made my terrible morning better.
I had made a reservation 3 weeks prior at a different location, read the stipulations/requirements over and over again just to take an Uber there and find out they only took credit cards. I called a second location who told me that I had to use the location closest to my home address in Louisville. They set a reservation for me. My original reservation was for a full size (at a great rate), but all that was available was intermediate that ended up being a bit more than the original reservation with the full size. I wasn't bothered too much, I just wanted to get on the road. I had to take another Uber from the first location to the downtown location I now had a reservation for. En route, this location contacts me to let me know they won't have anything available until 4:30. I was almost hysterical- I was supposed to have left an hour prior. I explained my situation and what I had encountered that morning. I was put on a brief hold and then was told a compact would be available. This was also fine but I was starting to get frustrated. I get there, a bit early. I was taken care of immediately. Things finally started going smoothly. The employee, a man who's name I cannot recall, was very accommodating and did so much to help try to remedy my terrible morning. I was about done with ever using Enterprise again, but this location pretty much kept my hope alive.
