They really took care of my child. He had to have a tooth surgically removed and they took it out without knocking him out and he was fine. Didn't even complain about it hurting later that night. Great place for kid's to see the dentist. They know what they are doing and your kids couldn't get better dental work done

Got a call at 10:20 to reschedule an 11:30 appointment for 11:00 - because the scheduling center doesn't take into account staff takes lunch at noon - should be addressed immediately. I would have appreciated a call sooner. I think about families on public transportation and that would have been unfortunate and an avoidable stressor. We also waited too long once called to the back to be seen by a dentist, it would have been more entertaining for the 23 month old toddler to be able to keep playing in the lobby and not be left to sit coloring in the dentist chair. Not a terrible visit but not great either. Thanks for asking for feedback - these are certainly issues that are easy to address.

Please for the sake of your children find a reputable dentist to do work on your child! Or take the X-ray copies if you have already gone and get a second opinion. They are drill happy and money hungry.

My son had an appointment at the Broadway location and we came in on our wrong scheduled date. The staff was gracious enough to work my son in anyway! I couldn't thank them enough! They are and have always been so pleasant and nice whenever we are there for dentistry needs! Thanks again, Kool Smiles Broadway!!!!!!

My daughter has been going to Kool Smiles since she was a baby. Now at 7, the service we receive from the staff is still impeccable! Im also a patient with Kool Smiles (actually not embarrassed to say as an adult) and very comfortable. Brad the Office Manager is awesome! He is very professional and accommodating. His staff and Doctors are knowledgeable, and nice. I will recommend this Kool Smiles location to everyone. I've lived all over Louisville, but always find my way to the Broadway location!!
