Waited 1 hour & 45 min to see a Doctor for literally 20 seconds. Unprofessional at its finest, will NEVER BE RETURNING.

This has never been a good place for health care! Came to this funky place with my grandmother for a doctors appointment that was scheduled two weeks in advance to see the doctor! We got there and we waited for 4 hours just to see the doctor! The doctor wasn't there and they tried to run us all over the city to different health care facilities and my grandmother was t having that mess! My grandmother told park Duvalle ( hold on y'all not about to run me and my granddaughter all over the city for no different damn doctor) so we waited for a doctor to get there so we could be seen! Park Duvalle is a joke when it comes to people's health care! They act like no matter what u come in for they don't want to do their Job! This place is ghetto at its finest!
