The workers were rude and unwelcoming to certain patients, but friendly to others. The lobby was very small and uncomfortable. The wait was very slow but the doctor rushed through the exam. Also, do not assume that I am African American on my paperwork- ask me instead. I do not recommend going to this immediate care center.

If you have 5 hours to spare come here! I had to wait 5 hours to be seen!! Granted they were busy but my goodness do they not have enough help?!? Plus I had to tell them at least 6 times what my address and phone number was even when it was on the paper right in front of them! Not organized and too small!! Go to another one!!

My first visit with this ICC will be my last. I was seen for a common skin rash that is easily cleared with a Cortisone injection, which I was refused and was instead prescribed an ointment. (An ointment for a rash that was consuming my body???) Thankfully, the provider also agreed to prescribe an oral medication. But even with constant communication, 4 days later the medication has still not been sent to my pharmacy. The ICC tells me its the pharmacy's fault....great, but that helps me...how? Nothing against Norton or the front office staff, but this ICC is not ran efficiently enough for me to visit them again.

Good care every time I've been there. Sometimes the wait is long but it because it's first come first serve. Friendly and professional staff and quick treatment once you're in the back room. Thanks a lot guys😊

Very nice job and professional staff. I was happy the doctor actually diagnosed me instead of just prescribing antibiotics.
