I really like Jan and Ann as nurse practitioners, They are very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. However the medication department is terrible. They do not respond to refill requests from the pharmacy. I have had the issue for years and it never improves. I stay because of, first Jan and now Ann as they are great.

I tried to schedule an appointment, and the receptionist who answered was incredibly rude, and answered my questions sarcastically. I most definitely wouldn't recommend going to a facility that would hire someone like her.
