The person that took my blood pressure and history was very rude but the doctor was as sweet as could be and caring. She went out of her way for me and my concerns. The facility was very clean throughout. And the wait wasn't bad (had scheduled appt)

Easily one of the most, if not the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with healthcare.
The computer system was down when I arrived for my appointment. I understand things like this can happen, but the way the staff handled it was extremely amateur.
My blood was drawn by a sloppy tech with no personal hygiene and the process made me so uncomfortable that I had to force myself not to stand up and walk out. If you're going to be putting a needle in someone's arm there should be no room for unprofessional behavior.
Everyone in the building had a lackadaisical attitude toward their job, which should never happen in such a setting. To top it all off, the entire reason I went (a blood test) was a waste. I received a call 3 weeks after my appointment (after being told my results would be available the week following my appointment) to inform me that my blood was lost and they'd need to draw blood again.
I would never, in my entire life, recommend that someone visit this facility based upon my experience. While writing this review I attempted to call to confirm my insurance would not be charged for this disaster. After being on hold 11 minutes I hung up. Total waste of time.

The nurse or tech who took my vitals and talked to me was super nice. Very sweet. But the doctor, she is an angel! I love her so much. She is very helpful and just a very kind and caring person. You can tell she is employed at Planned Parenthood because she really wants to help people.

Beautiful new facility, professional and caring health providers and staff serving a diverse population of clients. Planned Parenthood provides women with examinations, mammograms, pap smears, std testing (men also). A valuable asset to a large community.
