Just wanted to send a note to thank you both for your professionalism and alacrity in getting proof of insurance to the County Clerk for me today. As of yesterday morning, I had not gotten the VIN number, so I couldn't send it to you in order that the process even be begun. Yet, even with the time crunch, we made it, and as one of your insureds I could NOT be more pleased.
Have dealt with more than a few insurance companies in my lifetime and must commend you both for your service. In comparison to the others.....well, let's simply say there is no comparison. You ladies are very quick on your feet while being accurate and informative to the nth degree. Only wish I had been with your State Farm agency a long time ago, had experienced a small part of YOUR superb service and had felt as informed and cared about as I do now.
Greg has 2 (that I know of) super stars in your office and I have had the pleasure of dealing with both of you. Hope he knows that already (how could he not?) and gives you both a gigantic hug/gold star/props for the wonderful jobs you both do, both independently and in tandem. Needless to say, he has one very impressed and pleased client in me....and that, ladies, serves you ALL very, very well. YOUR abilities serve all of the State Farm Companies and concerns to Heaven and beyond.....as well as representing them to perfection.

Greg Haus and his father before him have been my State Farm agents for many years. I have never had a problem with claims, billing or customer service in all the years I have been with them. They have always been very helpful and there when I needed them. Their staff is always ready to assist me however the can. I have been extremely happy with their services.
